Atome is a payment service app facilitates you to shop in instalment without credit card.

How to pay using Atome?
Online: You can do the transaction in the merchant's website and choose Atome as the payment method.
Offline: You can come to merchant's outlet and pay using Atome by scanning Atome QR code available at the store. You can use Atome application to scan the QR code.

How does the instalment in Atome work?
You can split each transaction into 3x payments in 3 months or 6x payments in 6 months. Without DP and without interest.
First instalment will be due 1 month after the transaction.
Second instalment will be due 2 months after the transaction.
Third instalment will be due 3 months after the transaction.
You need to pay membership fee each month when you have active instalment.

What is the minimum transaction in Atome?
Min: Rp 100.000
When will my goods be delivered?
After your instalment application is approved, merchant will process your goods and send it immediately
Where can I check and pay my bills?
You can check and pay your bills in Atome app. For payment, we suggest you use the VA available at our app.
What is Membership Fee
Membership fee is the fee you pay only when you have ongoing bill in Atome. Membership fee is flat Rp 25.000 and paid only once each month, regardless how many bills you have.
Example: You placed your first order with amount Rp 3.000.000 on March 20th and second order with amount Rp 660.000 on April 15th.The 20th of every month will be your due date.

Why do I only have one due date whilst I have more than one transaction?
For example:
You make a purchase in March 16, therefore the due date for payment will be every 16th of the month. You make another purchase in March 20, so you need to pay this bill in 16th of the next month. This means, you need to pay 2 (two) bills every 16th of the month.
The due date of the transaction after the first one will entails the first transaction that you made.

Will I get a notification when the due date of my bills are coming?
Yes, Atome will notify you via push notification and SMS 3 days before the due date of each bills.
What happen if I pay my bills late?
You will be charged with an accumulative late fee, as follows:
- 1 day late: Rp 50.000
- 7 days late: Rp 30.000
If you are late 8 days, you will be charged with the accumulative late fees up to day 7 which is Rp 80.000
- 1 day late: Rp 50.000
- 7 days late: Rp 30.000

Where can I find my vouchers?
1. On the Atome mobile app, click on “Me” menu.
2. Look for “My vouchers”.

How do I use my vouchers?


1. Scan the Atome QR code or select “Atome” during checkout on a merchant’s website and you will be redirected to a payment page.

2. Click “Voucher” and then choose the voucher you want to apply on that transaction.

3. Click "Apply" to complete the transaction.

What are the terms and conditions of vouchers?
1.Vouchers are valid only on the Atome mobile application.
2. Users must download the latest version of Atome mobile application in order to utilise the voucher.
3. Use of any voucher must be indicated at the time of payment, and all information required by Atome must be provided. No retroactive use of the voucher is permitted.
4. Each transaction may only use one voucher.
5. Unless otherwise stated, vouchers are not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
6. Vouchers cannot be refunded, redeemed or exchanged for cash. If an order is less than the value of the voucher, no refund or residual credit will be returned.
7. Additional terms and conditions may be specified in relation to specific voucher (for example, duration, discount amount and products covered), and will govern the use and redemption of those voucher in addition to these terms.
8. Atome may exclude individual brands from voucher in accordance with our sales strategies.
9. Atome reserves the right to cancel or modify orders, or revoke the use of voucher, where the vouchers are used in the following circumstances:
- Suspicious or fraudulent use;
- Voucher abuse, including vouchers redeemed using multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers; and/or
- Vouchers used in bad faith
10. Resale, transfer and sharing of voucher are strictly prohibited.
11. Atome assumes no liability for the loss, theft or ineligibility of voucher.
12. Atome reserves the right to change these terms or cancel any promotions at any time without giving prior notice or compensate in cash or in kind.
13. Atome’s decision on all matters relating to promotions, discount, voucher and other privileges is final and binding.

How do I ask for a refund?
Please contact the merchant to proceed the refund process.
Will I get a full refund of my first payment?
Yes, you will get full refund. Atome do not charge any refund fee.
Can I get partial refund of my transaction?
Yes, you can ask refund for each item in your 1 (one) transaction. Please ask the merchant to process your refund process.
Where will the refund money be transfered?
Your money will be refunded to the bank account.Our Customer Service will contact you to assist your refund process.
How long is the refund process until I get my money back?
Atome will send your money back in 5 (five) business days.
Is Atome app available for iOS?
Yes, you can use Atome with your iPhone without having to download the app.
Does Atome protect my personal data?
Yes, we guarantee to protect your personal information. We have electronic and procedural safeguards in place to protect your information. Your information will not be given to anyone except as required by the supervisory authority in connection with your application.
