How do I change the mobile number for my account?
Unfortunetly, we are unable to change registered phone number at the moment.

Unfortunately, we are unable to amend your name on our end. Our product team is working on an enhanced feature regarding this matter.
How do I change the shipping address?
You can autofill shipping information and checkout faster at our partnered merchants' page with Atome app. If you wish to change your shipping information e.g. shipping address, phone number and email, you can do so via the Atome app.
Why is my account being rejected/suspended? Why can't I make a purchase?
We are very sorry to know that you are unable to make a purchase and that your account has been suspended. There are various reasons why an Atome account may be suspended:
Issues at User Identity Verification
1) If the card is not a government-issued identity card that is distributed and recognised by the country where you are a citizen or resident, and/or
2) If the Identification card is unclear or a scanned copy, and/or
3) If the full name on the identity card does not match with the full name on your registered Atome account.
Account security at risk
If we suspect that an account has been compromised, we may suspend it until it can be secured and restored to the account owner in order to reduce potentially malicious activity caused by the compromise.
Overdue payments

What kind of payment methods are accepted?
You can check and pay your bill in the Atome app. For payment, we recommend that you use the VA (Virtual Account) available in our application.
What do I have to do after I have made a purchase?
To make things easy and convenient, we have automated your future payments. You do not have to worry about late repayment, so long as the card bound to your Atome account is valid and has sufficient value.
We will also be sending different messages - reminders and payment status via SMS for all your upcoming payments.

If I pay late, will I be fined?
You will be charged an accumulative late fee, as follows:
- 1 day late: IDR 50,000
- 7 days late: IDR 30,000
If you are 8 days late, you will be charged an accumulative late fee up to the 7th day, which is Rp. 80,000

May I defer my repayment?
We are sorry to hear about your current situation. Unfortunately, we must inform you that it is not possible to delay payment. If there is a delay in payment, a fine will be applied according to the existing provisions.
How do I refund my purchase?
Please note that product returns are at the discretion of each brand, which can usually be found on their website or by contacting them directly.
If merchant processes a refund, it will be reflected in your order details under "Bill" in the Atome app.
The refund process will take 5 (five) working days after the date of your order, refunds can be made in the form of a reversal. The refund money will be transferred to your bank account. Our Customer Service will contact you to assist with the refund process.

How does the partial refund work?
Partial Refunds are back again depending on each Brand's policy, which can usually be found on their website or by contacting them directly. If Brand processes a refund, it will be reflected in your order details under "Billing" in the Atome app.
What is “non-refundable” voucher amount?
If you had applied a voucher in your order and requested for a partial refund, you should only receive:
Receivable refund amount = Requested refund amount - Non-refundable voucher amount.
To avoid voucher abuse, we will deduct the voucher amount applied to the refund amount each time a partial refund is requested.

2. Users must download the latest version of Atome mobile application in order to utilise the voucher/promo codes.
3. Use of any voucher/promo code must be indicated at the time of payment, and all information required by Atome must be provided. No retroactive use of the voucher/promo code is permitted.
4. Each transaction may only use one voucher or one promo code.
5. Unless otherwise stated, vouchers/promo codes are not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
6. Vouchers/promo codes cannot be refunded, redeemed or exchanged for cash. If an order is less than the value of the voucher/promo code, no refund or residual credit will be returned.
7. Additional terms and conditions may be specified in relation to specific voucher/promo codes (for example, duration, discount amount and products covered), and will govern the use and redemption of those voucher/promo codes in addition to these terms.

My phone has been stolen/lost, what should I do if someone is using my account to make a purchase?
We are sorry to hear that your phone has been stolen or lost. Please submit a request to us with your personal details such as your registered phone number and email address so that we can put a block to your account immediately. Kindly also call your card issuer to report the loss of your phone so that they can block your card which anyone can use via your phone.
For any purchases that were not made by you, immediately contact your bank and report the unauthorised charge. Please report fraudulent charges to your bank as soon as you know about them so that they can advise you on the next steps.

What is Service Fee?
A fee charged for transactions made with Atome by users, for 6 and 12 months installments. This changed valid as of March 31st, 2022.
How much does the Service Fee cost?
The service fee will be charged 0.5 - 2.95% depending on the user profile as previously determined by Atome. This fee will be added to the total bill paid each month. Users is able to see the service fees when choosing the installment on the Atome application.

No, starting from March 31, 2022, the membership fee will be removed. We will be using service fees only, that is applied for 6 and 12-month installment tenors.
What is the difference between service fee and interest?
Atome's 'Interest' is still 0% for every transaction made by a customer. Meanwhile, starting March 31, 2022, Atome's users will be charged a 'Service Fee' for every transaction made, especially for those who choose 6 and 12-month installments.
If you do a refund, do you still have to pay a service fee?
1. If you do a 'Full Refund' there are two conditions, as follows:
a. Full refund but has already paid the bill, for example:
You have started paying bills in the first 2 months and then in the 3rd month do a 'full refund', then the funds will be fully refunded according to the initial transaction but the service fee that has been paid in the first 2 months will not be refunded.
b. Full refund but haven't started paying the bill yet, for example:
You just made a transaction at store A, then the next day you immediately make a refund, then the funds will be fully refunded and you don't need to pay a service fee at all.
2. If you do a 'Partial Refund', then you must still pay the service fee for the remaining bill that is not refunded.

What is the difference between service fee and payment fee?
Service fees are charged to cover service costs across longer tenures, namely 6 and 12 months. Payment fees help to cover the processing costs for each repayment cycle.
Will payment fees be charged in the event of a refund?
In the event of a refund, any applicable payment fees paid will not be refunded.
Will payment fees be chargeable for users that opt for early repayment?
For users that choose to make early repayment, a payment fee will still be chargeable, according to their selected tenure.
